Today we speak to Lissanthea at her borrowed dining table in Lisbon.
Having flown out three months ago she is still on the road travelling until the country she calls home opens its borders again.
She talks about what happens to weddings during lockdown and what a great preparation for marriage this time is.
Lissanthea is a physiotherapist and pain educator, she talks about what this time is doing in our bodies physiologically and what methods can help us cope.
I was excited to talk to the ever-wise Lissanthea in relation to this time as I was sure she would have some great insights.
